  • How do I place an order?


    Aside from ordering through shop.Lounge22.com you may order by phone by calling one of our Customer Service between 9:00AM and 6:00PM PT, Monday through Friday. Call (888) 822-2011 to shop by phone.

    We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Network.

    If you provide your email address when you order by phone, and after all orders placed online through shop.Lounge22.com, we will send you a message confirming your order within 24 hours after you have placed it.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?


    Your order will take 3-4 days to process and 4-6 weeks to receive it. If you have any problems please contact us.

  • How can I track an order?


    You may track an order online using your purchase Order Number and Email Address. You can also call us at (888) 822-2011 between 9:00AM and 6:00PM PT, Monday through Friday (please have your Order Number ready).

  • What is your return policy?


    At Lounge22, we are confident the quality of our merchandise will meet, if not exceed your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply follow the instructions below.

    Lounge22 will accept merchandise returns for Standard Delivery items within 30 days of purchase and issue a credit or refund at the time of return only with a valid receipt. A valid receipt is an original sales receipt or packing slip. Returns of merchandise purchased through our website will be accepted by mail or in person at any Lounge22 location (excluding warehouse locations). Pending inspection, a credit or refund will be issued for the item value. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. Store returns without a receipt require a valid photo ID.

    For more information on how to return an item and for return-shipping instructions, please call us at (888) 822-2011 between 9:00AM and 6:00PM PT, Monday through Friday. Your return must be sent back to the correct address for us to credit or refund your purchase.

  • How much do you charge for shipping?


    At Lounge22, our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most economical way possible. We review each order individually, factoring in destination, weight and size of items. Approximate Shipping Charges and Delivery Details for items in your Cart are based on the merchandise total for each delivery address. Exact Shipping Charges and Delivery Details for your entire order will be calculated and displayed at Checkout.

    Orders shipped to the Contiguous 48 states is 10% of merchandise total. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are 15% of the order total. Some heavy or oversized items cannot be shipped outside the 48 contiguous states; if you want to ship to U.S. Territories or APO or FPO addresses, please call our Customer Service department at (888) 822-2011 between 9:00AM and 6:00PM PT, Monday through Friday.

Ordering Information
  • New & Returning Customers


    New customers don't need an account to shop at Lounge22, however you can save your order information on the receipt page. Once your information is saved, returning customers may sign in using their email address and password.

  • Product Availability


    All Lounge22 products are made to order. After you place your order, we will send you a swatch sample of the fabric you chose for your product. Once the fabric is approved, an estimated delivery time of 3 to 4 weeks is required. All bamboo products have a 6 weeks delivery time.

  • Cancel or Change an Order


    To cancel or change an order, please contact customer service at (888) 822-2011 between 9:00AM and 6:00PM PT, Monday through Friday. Cancellations must be made before a swatch sample is approved for fabrication.

  • Accepted Payment Methods


    Currently we accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

  • Sales Tax


    Lounge22 collects sales tax on items delivered within the following states: California (CA), Nevada (NV), Texas (TX), New York (NY) and New Jersey (NJ).

  • Do you take international orders?


    At this time we are not taking any International Orders. However you may contact us to find out if there is an order than can be made to your location for a fee.

  • What is Lounge22's product guarantee?


    We at the Lounge22 wan't you to be satisfied with our products. That's why we offer a 30-day money back guarantee. All returned products must be in their original condition and complete in order to receive a full refund. Any missing pieces will be deducted from the refund amount. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number to process your return.

If you receive what you would believe to be an unsolicited email from our company, please notify us at news@lounge22.com. Include the offending email with all the headers intact. Please be aware that it is not uncommon for spammers to hide behind someone else's email account, as well as use mail servers that they do not own. This really makes it hard for the good guys to do business.
